The Way I Treat
At True Integration Rehab & Wellness, I take a comprehensive and functional approach to healing. My treatments focus on both the soft tissues and the skeletal system to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance long-term recovery.
Each session typically includes a blend of hands-on soft tissue therapy (such as Myofascial Release or Active Release Techniques), gentle joint mobilizations to reduce stiffness.
I also integrate stretching and strengthening exercises early in the treatment plan to promote faster recovery and encourage active participation from patients. Techniques used are evidence-informed and overlap with those commonly found in physiotherapy clinics, but are delivered under chiropractic care.
My goal is to treat the body holistically, not just where the pain is, but also the contributing areas to prevent future injury and improve your overall physical health.
