When booking your first visit, please select the ‘Chiropractic Initial Session’ (60 minutes). An assessment of the area of complaint will be conducted ~15 minutes, and the remainder of session is reserved for treatment.

Chiropractic  Assessment Only: $80
If your plan provides the same reimbursement for an Initial Session and for a Followup Treatment Session,  then you may wish to select the ‘Initial Assessment Only’ and schedule a Followup treatment session for another date to maximize reimbursement for each session. To date, only one plan we are aware of have this restriction. 

Chiropractic Follow-up Treatment Sessions

• 15 minutes rehab ($50)
• 20 minutes rehab ($60)
• 30 minutes rehab ($80)
• 45 minutes rehab ($105)
• 60 minutes rehab ($130)

30 min session: treatment of 1 region & is the recommended duration for treatment.
45 or 60 min: addresses multiple areas.
20 min: plans with low per session dollar limit; treatment of 1 region only.
15 min: brief consults. No charge for TENS machine usage, orthotics follow-up & compression wear fitting.

Clinical Philosophy & Billing Information

Sessions are billed by time to maximize the quality of care, rather than being limited only to Manipulation / Adjustments, which are typically only a few minutes in duration per session.

Chiropractic sessions at True Integration Wellness are NOT only limited to manipulations (cracking necks and backs).

Treatments also include hands-on soft tissue massage, electrical currents, therapeutic ultrasound, supervised exercises, and mobilizations, which are gentle movements of the joints designed to decrease stiffness and increase motion.

For all types of massages (e.g. relaxation, deep tissue, sports pre-event massage, infant massage, pre and post natal, etc.):

• 15 minutes ($50 + HST = $56.50)
• 30 minutes ($70 + HST = $79.10)
• 45 minutes ($90 + HST = $101.70)
• 60 minutes ($110 + HST = $124.30)

I provide two soft tissue massage techniques under my chiropractic license called Myofascial Release (aka Active Release Technique) and Scraping technique (aka Graston or Gua sha). These techniques are both used in massage techniques as well but are also done under the chiropractic license. So why not use your chiropractic benefits to gain more soft tissue massage?

Chiropractic care with me is equivalent to having treatments typically received at physical therapy clinics plus massage and more in one session!

Please select the Acupuncture Initial Session if this is your very first session.

Acupuncture can be delivered in a traditional format using needles or needleless using acupressure or other methods, such as Chinese massage (Tuina), Guasha, Cupping as part of the treatment to stimulate acupuncture points and meridians.

Treatments – Followup Treatment Sessions

The acupuncture practitioner will recommend what duration to book for your follow-up appointment, but generally, the minimum amount of time is 45 minutes, and the general treatment time is 60 minutes.​
