Physical Rehabilitation
Rehab that treats the cause, not just the sore spot.
Chiropractic-led care that starts with a real assessment, then combines hands-on therapy, modalities, and guided exercise to get you moving again and keep you there.
Overview
What physical rehabilitation is, and why ours starts with a question
Physical rehab is the work of getting a part of your body to move and feel the way it should again. The difference is in how we find what to fix.
Pain is a signal, not the whole story. A sore shoulder might come from the shoulder, or from the way your neck and upper back are loading it. If you only treat where it hurts, the relief tends to fade. So we begin every plan with a proper assessment, run under chiropractic authority, to figure out what is actually driving the problem.
From there, treatment is hands-on. We use skilled soft-tissue work, joint mobilizations, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation where they help, plus guided exercise so the fix sticks once you leave. You see the same clinician each visit, and the plan changes as you improve.
Who this is for
People recovering from an injury, living with a nagging ache, getting back to sport, or trying to undo what a desk does to a body. If you are not sure rehab is the right starting point, call us and we will tell you straight.
How we work
One integrated approach, three things we believe
Hands-on and machine therapy
Skilled soft-tissue work and joint mobilizations, supported by modalities like ultrasound, decompression, and electrical stimulation when they add something.
A functional view of pain
We look past the sore spot to the posture, movement habits, and joint mechanics behind it. Fix those and the relief tends to last.
A plan made for you
No copy-paste protocols. Your sessions are built around your goals, your history, and your comfort, and adjusted as you progress.
Conditions we treat
What we help people recover from
This is a starting list, not the whole list. If your problem is not here, ask us. There is a good chance we can help or point you to who can.
Back pain
Acute or long-standing low back and mid back pain.
Neck pain
Stiffness, whiplash, and tension from posture or injury.
Sciatica
Radiating leg pain, tingling, and numbness.
Sports injuries
Sprains, strains, and getting safely back to training.
Post-surgical recovery
Rebuilding strength and movement after an operation.
Arthritis & joint pain
Managing stiffness and keeping joints moving well.
Repetitive strain
Overuse injuries from work, sport, or daily habits.
Posture & desk strain
The aches that build from sitting and screens.
What to expect
From first visit to feeling better
Your first session is 60 minutes. We spend the first 15 to 30 minutes assessing, then move straight into treatment so you leave having done something, not just talked.
Assessment
Orthopedic and physical testing to see how you move and where the problem really starts.
Diagnosis & plan
A clear explanation of what is going on and a written plan you agree to before we begin.
Treatment
Hands-on work, modalities, and exercise, adjusted each visit as you improve.
How much time do you need?
Sessions are billed by time so care is never rushed. Not sure? We will guide you at the first visit.
One area
Focused relief for a single region, like a neck, shoulder, or low back. Our recommended length for targeted tension.
Two areas
For two related issues, or a main complaint plus the spots that are compensating for it.
Complex or full body
Full assessments and combined therapies for multi-region or complicated cases.

Physical rehab FAQs
Our rehab is led under chiropractic authority and blends the things physiotherapy and massage do well into one session: assessment, hands-on treatment, modalities, and exercise. The aim is the same, getting you moving without pain. We just bring it together in one place.
No referral is needed to book with us. Some insurance plans ask for one before they reimburse, so it is worth checking your coverage. We are happy to help you understand what your plan requires.
Wear or bring comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring any recent imaging or reports if you have them. Mostly, come ready to talk about what is going on and what you want to get back to doing.
It depends on the problem and how long you have had it. After your assessment, your clinician will give you an honest estimate. Our goal is to get you better and out, not to keep you booked indefinitely.
Many extended health plans cover chiropractic and physiotherapy. Coverage varies by plan, so check your limits. If you are unsure how to use your benefits, ask us and we will walk you through it.
Let us find what is actually causing it.
Book your first session and we will start with a thorough assessment, so your plan is built on answers instead of guesswork.
