Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine
Old medicine, modern care.
Licensed acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine that reads the whole body, not just the symptom. Needle or needle-free, always tailored to you.
Overview
What acupuncture and TCM can do for you
Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine treat the whole person. Instead of looking only at where it hurts, they look at how your body is working as a system.
Acupuncture uses very fine needles at specific points to prompt the body to settle pain, calm the nervous system, and restore balance. Traditional Chinese Medicine is the wider practice it belongs to, which also includes cupping, Gua Sha, and herbal medicine. Together they offer a gentle, drug-free way to feel better.
Our practitioners are licensed, and your first visit always starts with a proper consultation. They read your pulse, look at your tongue, and ask about sleep, stress, digestion, and more, because in this tradition those details all point toward the same root.
Not a fan of needles?
You have options. We offer needle-free treatment using acupressure, Tuina, cupping, and Gua Sha. Tell us your preference and we will plan the session around it.
Two approaches
Two ways to practise, one goal
Depending on what you need, your practitioner draws on one or both of these. Both are delivered by trained, licensed hands.
Classical acupuncture
Guided by pulse, tongue, and face reading. It treats both internal and external concerns, from sleep and stress to fertility, by helping the body find its balance again.
Anatomical acupuncture
Targets specific nerves, muscles, and tendons. It fits naturally alongside chiropractic and rehab work, which is why we often use it as part of a wider treatment plan.

Questions, answered
Acupuncture & TCM FAQs
The needles are far thinner than the ones used for injections, and most people feel little more than a small pinch or a dull ache that passes quickly. Many find the session deeply relaxing. If you are nervous, tell your practitioner and they will go slowly.
Yes. We offer needle-free treatment using acupressure, Tuina, cupping, and Gua Sha. Let us know your preference and we will plan the whole session around it.
It depends on what you are treating. Some people feel a shift after one or two visits, while longer-standing concerns usually take a series of sessions. Your practitioner will suggest a plan after your first consultation.
Eat something light beforehand so you are not arriving hungry, wear loose comfortable clothing, and come ready to talk about your sleep, stress, and digestion. Those details help your practitioner read the bigger picture.
Many extended health plans include acupuncture, though the amount and rules vary. Check your plan, and if you are not sure how to use your benefits, ask us and we will help you sort it out.
